Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Pasig Metro Manila, Philippines. We currently ship within the Philippines only.

Processing & dispatch In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Pre-order items ship on the batch date shown on the product page (e.g. "ships in ~10 days"). If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately — the in-stock items go out first at no extra cost.

Delivery estimates are guidelines and may vary with courier volume, weather, and location.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll get an email and SMS with your courier tracking link. Please allow 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) for the courier to update tracking with your parcel's movement.

Failed or undeliverable deliveries Couriers make up to 3 delivery attempts. Please make sure your address and contact number are correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to re-arrange delivery (re-delivery shipping may apply).

Returns & warranty Not quite right? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery, and all products are covered by our 30-day warranty. See our Refund Policy for full details, or message us with your order number.
